Your Boyfriend Just Told You He's Gay

You should do what your friends are telling you to do and ditch this guy. It is hard enough to stay safe from diseases when your partner is only interested in one sex. Your boyfriend is interested in both and I honestly believe that your risk of infection just doubled. Please go get tested and hope you don't have anything; afterwards kick his ass to the curb. I truly hope you have been using protection with him, or at least that he was using protection when he was out sleeping with men, women, cats, dogs and who knows what else. Now that is a big one; when someone tells you they go both ways, and that they have been cheating.
My brother was in a similar situation with his girlfriend from high school. They both went off to seperate universities, and when they met up again he told her that he had found a lot of new friends and new hobbies. Then she told him that she had found out that she was gay; I've never seen him so pissed, ever. He said he came so close to knocking her head off with something that he scared himself. Especially since she also told him that she was leaving him for the new girlfriend. I actually think that was the main reason why he was so mad; because I think guys really don't feel all that strongly about their women messing around with other women. Its just that if she decides that she is leaving him and going gay completely that really boils men up.
Anyway, Brenda, I wish you the best of luck on the matter, and hopefully you can find it in yourself to move on. Because if he is cheating and bi you are setting yourself up for double the heartache and double the risk.
